About the Gaucher Expert Summit 2017

The Gaucher Expert Summit is an educational meeting dedicated to Gaucher disease. This international meeting brings together healthcare professionals to share their experiences and approaches to the management of patients with Gaucher disease.

For the first time, the Gaucher Expert Summit 2017 will host an informative and engaging poster session. Scientists from across the globe will share their latest research in Gaucher disease and will be available to discuss their findings one-to-one in a relaxed and informal setting.

With world-renowned faculty and through plenary lectures, lively panel debates and an interactive poster session, delegates have the opportunity to engage, discuss and learn.

What are Gaucher Expert Summits?

Gaucher Expert Summits have been held each year since 2013 and feature prestigious speakers delivering thought-provoking and informative plenary presentations.

These meetings provide opportunities to network and collaborate with colleagues from around the globe.


At this year’s Gaucher Expert Summit, ‘Gaucher disease: Patient care across the generations’, an exciting and informative programme has been created to look at the lifelong challenges for patients living with Gaucher disease.

The Gaucher Expert Summit 2017 programme will examine the diagnosis of Gaucher disease in children and adults, the increasing importance of biomarkers in Gaucher disease, and therapeutic strategies for Gaucher disease management.
